I have two four week old kittens, male and female. I've had them for just over a week now. My problem is that when we give them the bottle now they scratch, claw, bite, scream for no apparent reason. The girl usually settles down into happy nursing mode, but the male chews and claws and even claws it out of his mouth... I actually have to keep it in his mouth sometimes. I know he's still hungry... but he's acting like a crazy kitten! When he acts up like that, I take the bottle away to see if he'll settle down but he just meows and meows until I give him back the bottle and his tummy is full. They've just gotten in their little teeth so I'm sure their teething... but their behavior around the bottle is leaving me with bites and scratches!
Any ideas as to why they're acting so aggressively? I'd really appreciate the feedback!
