Yesterday found a live baby chipmonk. Barely hours old I would guess; eyes not open, no hair, pink little thing. I tried to put it where Mama could come back but she didn't so I have been feeding it a homemade mix of 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp sugar, & 1 quart warm water. It finally ate today. I put him in a little nest back in the tree to see if Mama would come back. I'm afraid ants will get to this baby now named Rocky! Afraid to go to the Vet w/him because it is against Colo. State Law. Anybody close enough to HELP!
