Well, we all know that cats can sleep anymore, but I think any cat owner knows they will play anywhere too! I was hoping some cat owners could share their stories. :)

I think the funniest place I have found a cat, was when Neko decided it'd be fun to play in my mom's purse. Yes, INside the purse, which wasn't very big either. My mom and I couldn't stop laughing when we saw that, and we even managed to take a picture of it! (Unfortunately it's on a glossy and our scanner is broken) She also used to be fond of empty pizza boxes...

Alright, your turn! :)

Heheehhe. One of my cats only sleeps on fresh washed laundry. He even
makes it into drawers somehow lol. Once open, another cat cleans it out and
carries each piece of laundry around the house, so we have to make sure
our drawers are closed tight hehe.

I found my pregnant female cat Rea (may she RIP) standing on top of a door. I don't know how she managed to get up there, she was so big with babies and ready for birth anyday.

Hehe, I hear you. I was outside watering once, and turned around to see Neko on our arch leading into the driveway. She wouldn't get down until I aimed the hose at her feet a couple of times  ... she learned to get down on her own though!

When we bought the house 6 years ago, a calico lived on the roof. She
hardly ever comes down and it took her a year to let us touch her. Now
she's a cuddler hehehe. She was fixed so I had no problem with her
staying. She was born to the neighbors. They tried to keep her, but her
brother ran her off, so she moved onto the house here which was empty
at the time. If the weather is bad, she goes under the house.

Now every time one of us goes outside, they get their hair combed by her
paws lol. Her name is Sweetness:

Come to think of it, Graffiti liked pizza boxes too. I should give her one and see what happens.

My cats like the dryer with warm clothes too.

We have window air conditioner units that have a ledge barely big enough to sit on. Maxie gets up there and leans over to bop Sammy who is sitting on the window sill.

Here are 2 REALLY funny things my cats do! :laughter
Maxie has a shoelace that is her "dolly". She carries it everywhere and takes it to the food/water bowls and puts it in them to "feed" it! She also takes it upstairs/downstairs--wherever she goes. Here she is with her shoelace "dolly".http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r192/noahsarkcollector/maxiedrink.jpg

Sammy (fixed female) insists on being carried outside for a nightly walk. She doesn't want to be put down and will fuss if you try to. She only wants to go out after dark. She will sit by the kitchen door and meow this awlful meow until she gets her way. She knows the word "outside" and gets very excited when you ask her if she wants to go "outside". Now that it's getting cold, I wrap her inside my coat to go outside because I doubt she would ever let me put a sweater on her!

Lol, a shoelace!! My friend has a cat who likes to drag this little piece of fur around with her everywhere she goes. They've found it countless times in her litter box, food and water bowls, bed, etc.

The shoelace in the water reminded me of what a couple of my cats do. They will take their catnip toy and drop them in the water bowl. I'm not sure if they are trying to "water" the toy or if they are after a bit of catnip tea. lol
