Dark - a feral cat success, adopted from Domino's House a NO KILL cat shelter in FL on November 1, 2002. He can be very friendly once he gets to know you but shy before then. his and the other cat's sites and other pics can be seen at :
http://www.naturesync.com/~zoomastr/catsl Unfortunately Dark is missing the last few days (since 3/6/06) we moved from FL to SC and he darted out at our new house and hasn't been seen ...

Sassea - a rescued cat success, adopted September 30, 2003 from Domino's House. She has certainly been blessed. See the cross on her forehead?? A little petit Tortie.. She's very friendly!

Kiki - has been with her "meowmie" since she was 8 weeks old. She was born on Nov. 2, 1992 to a cat in a mechanic's shop. She is the oldest of the bunch.

Minnie - rescued from a "feral Cat" colony in Hobe Sound, FL around December 2001 and adopted from Domino's House Is a success indeed. When she first was brought home she couldn't be touched at all, but with patience and perseverance she will sit with her new family on the couch and let them pet her. She is still skittish, she can't be picked up.

Mr. Boots is a REALLY SWEET Kitty. He was rescued when his owner got sick and abandoned him to live on the streets in Tennessee. He was brought to a new home in Florida to live. He loves attention, especially when "daddy" hangs him upside down. Likes to lay in laps, loves playing with cat toys a lot and likes to give kisses..

Mouse - adopted from Domino's House. Mouse is a "meowme's" boy needs to know where mama is all the time. Even when momma is out doing yard work he like to sit out and watch. He is also the brother of Minnie both were rescued from a "feral Cat" colony in Dec. 2001. Mouse is not at all as skittish as his sister Minnie. His mother was a "feral Cat" living in a colony in Hobe Sound, Florida. Mouse loves to eat! A big boy weighing in at about 21 pounds. He know's that feeding time is when mama gets up in the morning and around 5:30 pm and is easily found around that time of day.

Truffles .. A Persian.. Unfortunately someone had the nerve to have his front claws removed. Rescued from the Human Society (4/1/02). Guess the local Humane Society thought he was so precious, he got his picture printed on one of their donation envelopes.. A real lover, he loves attention and will seek out any one who will give it to him, but if he is ignored he will bat you with his paw.

Welcome zoomastr! Those photos are absolutely stunning and the cats
even more than that :P.

I hope Dark will turn up soon, save and sound!

Bummer about Truffles. De-clawing should be illegal!

By the way, the link you posted doesn't work, maybe a typo?

Hi zoomastr and welcome. :)

What a beautiful cat family you have there.

I'm very glad to hear that Dark came back. Sounds like he just wanted to go check out the new neighborhood.

Guess I need to update.. Sassea & Minnie are no longer with us.. Minnie crossed over Rainbow Bridge and Sassea has been missing for almost a couple of years now.. But all the others are doing well.. Dark has occasional breathing problems and is on meds. We did acquire another kitty back in Nov 2007.. Her name is Cali

Cali came to us when a friend found her abandoned and hungry at a convenient store near us. She got out and disappeared for about a week after we had her a couple of weeks but she showed up back here. Now she goes in and out like she lives here.
