after school today my son said he was hungry. so we drove over to the mcdonalds and ordered two chicken wraps for him and a premium chicken sandwich for me.
so we get home and the kid takes his food to his room. i sit down to eat mine but i have company. i have a flying squirrel staring at me from the bars of her cage and a cocker spaniel mooching from beside the table. the guinea pig is also calling from the other room.
so i take off the lettuce and one slice of tomato. i take them into the kitchen and wash off all the mayonaise. then i give the lettuce to the guinea pig and the tomato slice to the flyer. i then return to the table and cut off a third of my sandwich and hand it to the cocker spaniel. by the time i bite into my sandwich it is cold. i take two bites and give the rest to the cocker spaniel. :o
well at least i still had an appetite for dinner. i grilled hamburgers tonight. tasted pretty good and i didn't even look to see if there were any animals about.
