Genital suckling?

I have 2 kittens, they are a week old today. They seem to be doing fine. I've had them since they were a day old. The larger of the 2 keeps nursing on the smaller ones private parts. Is this normal? Or should I separate them?:smt102

This is a very common problem! I have this with almost every litter I get. Yes, you have to separate them for most of the time, but let them stay together when you can supervise them. They do need each other..but separate them when you can't watch them.
