Two Kittys outside

well there're two kittys outside my house .. and they're street cats ... i wanna give them some food but i dont have cat food and im afraid if they get sick or something, they're really skinny [lack of food]

but i dont think they old cats or really young cats ...they're always outside and under my dad's car (they shredded the car cover, which is why my dad "dislikes" them and tries to 'shoo' them away)

... umm i tried playing with them once with yarn outside my window .. and they seemed facinated by it :P .. i wanted to give em food but i dont have any cat food n im afraid if i give them something, n they'll get sick ... so im putting out water in a plastic bowl for them outside ...

i hope im doing the right thing :S ... what should i do ?

oh and umm ... what can i feed a cat, besides cat food ? :S

Hey KittyLuver, nice to see you back :).

Cats eat everything that has to do with meat, so that's what you can feed them. Just don't give them anything with spices in it :).

oh okay good ... i'll just give them the leftovers :P .. i put a bowl of water but it wouldnt drink it ... so i gave it some more food ... at first it was afraid of me .. then the more food i give it ... it seems to get more comfortable ... so hopefully when it lets me touch him i can pet him n stuff n maybe take him to the vet for a check up and stuff ...
im just trying to help them out... they seem weak ... im gonna try to attach pics of it tomorrow ...
i still dunno whether its a male or female ...
