Hi charlie, and welcome on board!

I was just having the exact same problem here yesterday, one kitten had terrible diarrhea with blood in it..except she is only 3 weeks old. But before I tell you what I did and what I suggest you do, let me ask a few questions first.

What food exactly is what she is getting? And has she been de-wormed? Cause number one for bloody diarrhea. Is there mucus in the stool? Are the gums pale or pinkish to red? Can you tell if she is dehydrated? Is the fur normal and clean or does it appear dried out and dull with flakes? How is her overall behavior? Playing normal?

Now to treating the symptoms:

Get Pedialyte and some plain yogurt. Take away all food for 24 hours and just try to get her to drink the Pedialyte and lick as much off the plain yogurt as possible. Take her to the vet tomorrow.

Hi and thank you so much,
Shes been having dry whiskas kitten food at the place i got her from,so i kept on on this to reduce the stress in moving to a new home.
I spoke to the lady i got her from, and she hasn't been de wormed yet,so will arrange this as vets tmw.
Her coat is quite dull at the moment but there are no flakes and her gums seem pink( colour comes back straight away when you press them) shes being very playful and dosnt seem in any pain.
Ive got some plain yogurt here,so trying to get her to lick this of my finger!
Once again, thank you so much for your help,i have a 2yr old cat and never had this with her,so got scared.

I'd be scared too! I never take things like this lightly. The food sounds alright, but it seems like she is lacking something..let the vet figure that one out and let me know what he/she said?

Oh, make sure your 2 year old is up to date with all the shots! You never know what a kitten can bring in. All my four adults got feline leukemia from me not thinking straight and letting them play with a kitten that was infected and I didn't know.

Im sorry to hear about your cats, are they ok?
My older one had all her jabs a while ago when i had her spayed,so she should be fine.Mind you trying to get her to stay in the same room as the kitten is proving quite eventful at the moment!
Ill keep you posted on what the vet says.
Thank you again and god bless.

Yes, thanks, my cats are ok. They can get quite old with leukemia, it's only the kittens that won't survive it before their imune system is completely developed, which is around six months of age. If they catch it before hand or are born to a leukemia positive mother, they will start to show symptoms between 4-6 weeks.

But I don't want to scare you about that right now, if the gums are pink, that is a good sign. The vet will do the necessary tests and tell you for sure.

As to socializing those 2, it'll take a while. The adult cats usually see the lil ones as a toy and play rough with them, I found..but after a few minutes, they settle down start taking care of them. But keep a close eye on them, some adult cats do not tolerate kittens for the life of them!
