My name is Trapper Ron Baker and I own Trapper Ron's Humane Animal Removal & Relocation Services In Farmington Hills Michigan. We Humanely remove all types of wildlife and relocate them to areas that are more condusive to thier well being. I currently write wildlife stories for the local newspapers and have posted some to my website www.trapperron.com . Take a look and tell me what you think. I am also compiling stories for a book and would love to hear about your wildlife experiences. Email me if you like rgbassociates@msn.com - they could be entered into the book.

Thanks

Hi trapperron, welcome!

You have a nice site there, my compliments! Also compliments about the job you do :).

I'm not sure how to tell stories or about what..usually people get a hold of
my phonenumber, call me and bring me the animals. I raise them, treat
injuries and then release them. I get skunks, birds, raptors, squirrels,
opossums, all the small urban wildlife. Haven't gotten a racoon in yet, but
that's just a matter of time lol.

I like the photos on your website! I have over 3000 photos of animals,
if you are in need of some of those too, let me know! :)

Your very kind offer is appreciated...

To catch Raccoons use sardines... I have tried professional baits and all of the wives tales...but always come back to sardines..

Thanks

hi trapper ron!

wow, i live in michigan too, not so far from you! i'm about an hour from detroit. i rehab squirrels of all kinds. do you have ads on the radio? if so, i think i've heard them.

what you do is so kind. many people think the only way to get animals out of their house is to kill them off. thank you for the work that you do. it's nice to meet you, and i look forward to having you on this board!

i don't have any really cool stories, i don't think....i mean, no story that really belongs in a book. :D probably my fave is the first squirrel my mother and i rescued when i was 13. our neighbor's dog attacked an adult grey squirrel, and we went to pick it up and we put it in a box. it was unconscious at the time, so we put it in the back of the car and drove off. when we got in the garage, it wasn't in the box anymore. laughter my mother had a panic attack almost, but i very calmly got a butterfly net, got in the car, and caught the spastic squirrel in thirty seconds. again, not really book material, but it's fun to share. ;)

if anything big happens, though, you'll be the first to know!

Hey! You can't just start a story and not finishing it! What happened to the
squirrel? Did you bring it to the vet? I wanna know it all!!! lol

wellllll i don't remember exactly clearly but i'm pretty sure we got it to a rehabber. it may have been our first encounter with friends of wildlife, or that could've happened later on. we kept it for less than a day, my mother was a bit jumpy after that lol. :D
